About Us
Before we started this company, I spent 12 years as a correctional deputy with the Riverside Sheriff's Office. That work teaches you discipline, attention to detail, and how to handle situations under pressure. It also teaches you about respect—showing up on time, doing the job right, and treating people fairly.
Three years ago, I decided to start a junk removal business. The first year was just me and one trailer. We'd show up to someone's garage, basement, or yard and clear it out. Nothing fancy. But I noticed something: most people weren't disappointed by the work—they were shocked that we showed up when we said we would, explained what we were doing, and left the place cleaner than we found it. That shouldn't have been shocking. But it was.
We grew to three trailers because the work was steady and the customers kept calling back. But we realized something was missing. Commercial property owners and facility managers had a different problem—they needed ongoing cleaning, not one-time junk removal. So we added a pressure washing and commercial trash bin cleaning operation. Same philosophy, different service.
'The job itself is straightforward. The difference is in how you treat the person who hired you.'
— Owner
Discipline matters because the details do. Years in law enforcement taught me that the smallest things—being 10 minutes early, checking the weather before scheduling, flagging hazards—are the difference between a smooth day and a chaotic one. When we pressure wash a storefront, we're thinking about foot traffic, water runoff, and timing. That's discipline. It's also respect for the person paying us.
Communication saves time because assumptions create disasters. Early on, we had a miscommunication about what 'clearing the yard' meant. The customer expected the broken fence left standing; we removed it. We learned to ask questions, walk through the space together, and agree on what done looks like before we start. That takes 15 minutes and prevents frustration.
Consistency builds trust faster than perfection. We're not trying to be perfect. We're trying to be predictable. Same team on repeat jobs. Same equipment maintained well. Same follow-up. People relax when they know what to expect.
On a typical day, we show up a few minutes early, introduce ourselves if you're meeting us for the first time, and walk through what we're about to do. We stay focused on the work. We don't disappear or cut corners. When we're done, the space is clean and everything has been handled responsibly. We respect your time and your property.
If something unexpected comes up—a hidden cost we can't absorb, a change in scope, a scheduling conflict—we tell you before it becomes a problem. We believe you deserve that.
If you're thinking about working with us, call or reach out. We'll listen to what you need and be honest about whether we're the right fit. No pressure. Just real conversation.
